Robyn Harper

Robyn Harper is the Founder & Lead Consultant of The Chiron Project LLC, a consulting practice that equips people to navigate social power and lead anti-oppressive change through strategic advising, coaching, and facilitated learning. With over a decade of experience in research, policy development, public education, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Robyn is known for blending intellectual rigor with deep empathy—guiding individuals and organizations through the complexities of identity, power, and systemic change.

Robyn’s approach is grounded in adult learning research, liberatory design, and continuous improvement, and is shaped by her own lived experience. She has designed and led DEI learning experiences for educators, school leaders, nonprofit teams, and public agencies, covering topics like implicit bias, anti-racism, and intersectionality. Prior to launching The Chiron Project full-time, Robyn served on the Equity Strategy & Programming team for D.C. Public Schools and led research and policy initiatives at a national education nonprofit. Her values—compassion, community, and courage—are at the heart of everything she does. Thoughtful and visionary, Robyn isn’t afraid to challenge norms, but always does so with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
